As one can see, I’ve gotten lazy in making a name for all my emails. So now unless I can think of an epic title, I’m just gonna put the date hahaha.

Ya hello ooooo everyone!!! Hope everyone having a great time all around the world or where ever you are. I’m just enjoying missionary work and life so much out here in Liberia!

Nothing too crazy has happened this week. It was transfer week so Elder Frisby left our apartment. And Elder Tolman is now the new Zone Leader in the apartment. He’s sweet and we click pretty well and both enjoy playing some classic Monopoly Deal when we have a little extra time at night haha. 

The work is going so well here in Brewerville. It makes me laugh every time I can think of me and Elder Batila in my training when we were just suffering but continued to work hard. And now all our hard work is beginning to pay off and it’s epic! We’ve got a lot of progressing people that are doing well and a few more new people that we’ll hope continue to progress.

We’ve got a baptism planned for this Saturday for 3 of our amazing candidates!!! Hawa, Verny, and Abraham have been taught by missionaries for a long time and I’ve enjoyed studying with them and building a relationship with them so much. They’re all prepared and ready for baptism this Saturday and I’m so excited to see them enter the waters of baptism and come into the fold of God! It’s gonna be big mega epic 😂

Elder Esakalonga is struggling a lot right now with stress and homesickness so everyone keep him in your prayers. It’s been pretty hard for him right now so I’ve just been trying to continue to show him the happiness that comes from missionary work. But continue to pray for his strength and support during this hard time. 

I’ve loved reading from the BOM this week. Even though I’ve just begun to read the war chapters, it’s crazy how much I can learn from them too! Even in the middle of conflict when it looks like all is lost, be like Moroni and prepare yourself for any dangers that may come your way. It’s important to look to the Lord and PREPARE before bad things come. 

Anyways sorry for the short email but nothing too crazy is going on haha. Love ya all and keep grinding and reading your BOM!!!
