What’s up gang! It’s just another week out in the field. Honestly it’s insane to me it’s already March. And another month means another milestone haha. So ya I’ve been out for 7 months which is blowing my mind. I know a bunch of you are thinking, sheesh bro you still got a while to go. But to me it’s insane how fast time is going!

Not too much time today so I’ll just keep it quick and a little update. 

We had zone conference this week which is always sweet. It was short and we talked a lot about just obedience haha. Got to see my elders that I love and so it was chill. And we got Monroe Chicken which is always just a highlight of the transfer 🤣

I had my interview with President Thomas which is always such a motivation booster. We talked about a lot of things and he’s still shocked I’ve been out for this long. It feels like I just got here for both of us haha. But we had a deep doctrine discussion and boy oh boy I got some work to do. Gave me a few good things to study so it’s time to get to work.

I had some awesome personal studies this week and I learned a lot. But to me it’s just truly amazing how much the scriptures testify of Christ and His gospel. And it’s awesome to see how much stronger in my testimony of the scriptures has become! So ya if yall ever have a question, go to the scriptures.

Last quick quick thing. I’ve been suffering with the Liberian illness of “runny tummy” this whole last week along with headaches. So prayers I don’t have typhoid or malaria 🤣. 

My invitation for this week is to focus on the small and simple things in your life that are drawing you away from the spirit. Maybe it’s music, movies, thoughts, words you use. Anything. And then try and remove them gradually from your life. I promise you’ll see a big big difference in your joy and in the Spirit.
