This week has been busy busy busy. And so quick. It’s just insane how fast the days and weeks continue to go. Yes I love being busy. But I’ve learned there’s a difference between being busy and productive. Being busy could mean you’re out in your area from 10-7 like most of our mission does. But being productive would be using that time in the area focusing everything on how to be consecrated and dedicated to the Lord. Im not perfect and I’m learning a bunch. But I think that’s a huge lesson I’ve learned so far this transfer in the office. How to be the most productive and consecrated missionary.
Speaking of a consecrated missionary me and my companion have been reading an MTC devotional talk by Elder Tad R Callister called Becoming a Consecrated Missionary. Holy snap it’s so amazing. There’s a difference between a great missionary and a consecrated missionary… And I’d much rather be the consecrated missionary giving everything I have to this work. And I’m gradually learning. And it’s amazing to see what’s happening to me. If you want to read the talk just email me back and I’ll try and send it to you.
Alright alright enough rambling let me give you a run down on the week.
Monday. We actually taught the whole day! Whoop whoop. Love these days cause we can see all of our people that we need to see.
Tuesday. We had transfer planning with President Thomas like the whole day. These days are pretty long but we get work done for sure. President arrived at the office with just these plastic bags full of sandwiches and chips and says, “Alright elders we got a lot of work to do. So I brought some snacks.” My mission president is big epic. It’s crazy how long it’d be since I’d had a PB&J 😂. Then we ran some errands the rest of the evening.
Wednesday we had another full day in our area! Something clicked in me that day. It was like a light switch just saying bro you got some things to do and some people to help change. Get to work. It was pretty awesome.
Thursday we spent transfer planning again. But we hopefully got everything figured out and finalized and nothing changes last minute… Something always happens that changes something and it’s the worst 🥲.
Friday we spent our whole day in the office planning our transfer next week. It was a long day but we manage it. Somehow.
Basically I don’t got a lot to say. It’s been awesome and I’m super happy with where I am right now! Sorry for the rambling but that’s kind of what my brain is like right now. Just all over the place. But we carry on! ✌️
Anyway I hope yall were able to listen to General Conference last week. It was so amazing and it surprises me every time how much inspiration and how truly living this church is.
As for favorite talks, Brad Wilcox was up there like always. He was me and my cousin Tyler’s EFY director way back. That man is a legend and I love him baway. But I think my true favorite was President Eyrings. Simple is the Doctrine of Christ. If anything gets us so worked up and disoriented about any topic, the doctrine of Christ will always put us back on track. It’s that simple.

Any who hope yall continue to do epic things and enjoy life. Send me updates or pics or anything 🙏. Love ya all
Jesus loves you baway
