What’s up yall! I hope you are all having a holly jolly Christmas season wherever you’re at. As for me, I’m enjoying the hot weather baway ooo! Kind of. 

This week was super quick and a ton of fun. We had Christmas parties 3 days in a row for the mission 🙌🙌. So let me start out with the spiritual stuff ain’t you know?

Our theme for the Christmas devotional this year was “Let Him In.” Pretty solid theme I thought going into it. And then it just got next level. We talked about the inn keeper and what maybe his story was. It’s similar to all of us. Maybe we don’t give our best room to the Savior. But maybe we at least give a room, in the back of our lives. But we need to have a reservation for him. Our best room every day, all the time, and in every circumstance. We discussed about that one picture where Christ is knocking on the wooden door patiently waiting outside. We are the ones that must let Him in. He won’t force Himself. So we gotta find ways to open the door into true discipleship. There are many ways to do it, and I think we say them every Sunday in Primary. But once again, you must be the one to do it. If you want His joy, His peace, and His guidance, you gotta be the one to open the door and let Him in. Just do it… Nike.

Anyway here’s the scripture I love now. Revelation 3:20. “Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.” 

Enough said. 

The rest of the week was epic! We gotta teach all day Monday, had an exchange on Tuesday. I was in our area with Elder Brown from Hawaii. Had a pretty solid day and a good time just running around in Sinkor. Then we had Christmas parties Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Let’s go. 

Highlights of the week: 

– got Chinese food again 

– I was a shepherd in the nativity 💪

– had a couple of personal studies this week 

– got a scripture lapa bag for Christmas from the Thomas’s so that was legendary! 

– got a football and Frisbee for our apartment… But who to play with?🤷

– lost my voice from all the games we played 

– getting our peoples prepared for their baptism 🌊

Pretty much just another solid week out here in LIB! It’s insane it’s already Christmas again. Time isn’t real. But yall better be having a holly jolly Christmas. But truly remember the true meaning. This is our Savior we’re talking about!
