Aloha my people. This week was a crazy one so I’ll just give you the highlights ya? 

– We had Zone Conference on Tuesday. It was the first time in almost a year I didn’t have to give instruction and I was able to just soak everything in. My mission president is awesome. Period. And so is his wife haha. They taught some great things that I really enjoyed and I’m excited to apply them in my life.

– Had an exchange with our ZLs. It was a good day just a little chacla with small unexpected branch work. But we ended it with a call to the restaurant here in Ganta. Got me a most bussing beef quesadilla.

– met this amazing family. The father moved to Finland in December and was baptized there and received the priesthood. He called his friends and family here and told them they need to study and join the church. So we taught the wife and her 5 kids and they all came to church! Super awesome family that I hope will progress and be a great help to this branch.

– today we had an epic time. We have a member that has a farm out in the bush and has been inviting us to go see it. So me and my comp went out today to help out small. Here’s how it went. We got a motorbike ride out to this small village that he lives. Then we joined him and walked for an hour through the bush out to his farm and family. We helped them process some palm and saw a bunch of the things they were planting. Cocoa, pineapple, cassava, peanut, palm, and rice. We were just walking around the straight bush in this guys farm. And then we walked a little farther to the river that divides Liberia from Guinea. That was sweet. And then we walked back. It was like one of the coolest things ever. At one point we stopped to drink some water at their little hut out there, and we watched a video from President Oaks with him. I was like how cool is this that the gospel is just out here in the middle of the bush of Liberia! Super neat experience. And he invited us back so we can go fishing next time 💪

Got some neat stuff to do this week. Some cool people to meet. New people to find. Some branch bene. It’s gonna be epic. Shout out to Sawyer for his mission call to Mexico. Big mega epic.
