This week was big mega epic! It was Holy Week! I spent a lot of this week studying about the Resurrection and the Atonement because they are two of the most important things the Savior did during his earthly ministry. 

We had branch conference yesterday and it was so awesome! So special to have had it on Easter Sunday as well. We had a great service and I loved remembering the Savior during it. It was definitely not picture perfect but I couldn’t help smiling as I remembered Elder Uchtdorfs talk from General Conference. The Church is very new here and has so much room to grow, but it’s the Savior and His gospel that we need so it all works out okay. 

President Thomas and I both spoke during our branch conference and I’m so grateful for him and the things he continues to teach me. Shout out to President cause he’s the best! One thing that I loved that President said was “Being honest is just as important as being baptized.” And oh how true that is!

Sister Thomas, of course being the amazing mission leader she is, brought us small little Easter baskets. And you would not believe what was inside. Cadbury eggs! Literally my favorite candy ever.

This ones a short one this week. But. I just want you all to know how much I love my Savior! It’s amazing to have seen how much my testimony has grown. I’ve been blessed to have had it most of my life. But this time serving has been insane for my spiritual growth. I do not have a perfect knowledge yet, but I totally and confidently say I have a testimony in my Heavenly Father, His Son and His Atoning sacrifice for all of God’s children. One of my favorite scriptures comes from Jacob 4:12″

“And now, beloved, marvel not that I tell you these things; for why not speak of the atonement of Christ, and attain to a perfect knowledge of him, as to attain to the knowledge of a resurrection and the world to come?”

Why not speak of the Atonement? It is perfect, it is real, and it is infinite!!!
