Times continuing to fly! I’m sad it’s going by so fast. But loving every minute!
This last week was just another one of those weeks where you feel like so much happened. And then as you look back on it, you realize it flew by and can’t remember what you did. Hope that makes sense.
Life continues to grind out here in Ganta City! The area is progressing and becoming much more enjoyable because things are clicking. It’s the best to see hard work and obedience pay off.
We’ve got some few people preparing for baptism for the next few weeks or month or so.
– Chinedu: this man is from Nigeria but moved here cause the government is not correct. That’s what he said 🤷 not me. When I first came here to Ganta he was in service. I thought he was a member. Turns out he’s not and still has not missed a service haha. Super cool guy, just trying to help him understand the power and necessity of covenants.
– Rachael: this woman is good but we’re still also trying to help her understand why making a covenant is so important. Sometimes there’s other reasons for people wanting to be baptized. But we gotta make sure they know the correct one and that’s why they want to be baptized. But she’s good and continues to progress.
– the Bass Family: a family of 9. The father works and lives in Finland. Was baptized on that side and then referred his family to us. They are the actual best!!! Can’t miss service and are always asking when they will be baptized. The only hard part is we can only study with them on Sunday. But they are awesome!!! Golden, one might say.
