Temple Dedication

This week was one of the fastest ever!!! And kind of chacla and super busy haha. Let me just get right into it.

– Tuesday was not correct. Okay, I was not feeling correct. That morning I was feeling bad baway. We had district council, went to cobo which I did not eat, and then tried to go teach. Needless to say my stomach was not happy and I was suffering from the friendly sickness of runny tummy. Not correct. So thsf day we were still able to manage a few lessons but had to come back and teach over the phone.

– Wednesday was wild. Had an exchange to do some branch work. That evening I got two emails from my mission president.

1) got my flight plans 😪

2) we got an insane emails about the Ivory Coast temple dedication! We would be allowed to watch it this Sunday because we are now under it’s temple district.

So basically here’s how it went. Sacrament meetings were all cancelled throughout the temple district. Only temple worthy members could watch it and they needed to have a temple recommend. And only some chapels would be approved to watch it. So we waited and finally got approved Friday evening tto watch the broadcast.

So here’s how all of Friday and Saturday looked like.

– temple recommend interviews

– temple recommend interviews

– and some more temple recommend interviews

It was wild.

But we got to watch the temple dedication yesterday for the Ivory Coast temple! It was so cool. And it’s so amazing to see that we have a temple closer here in Liberia. I just can’t wait for the Liberia Temple to be built haha.

Needless to say… It’s been an absolutely crazy, amazing, spiritually uplifting, and exhausting week. But that’s the work. And it’s gross to think about how soon my adventures in Liberia are coming to an end.

Anyways it was a great week with a lot of crazy and unexpected things happen. But that’s LIB for ya 😂

Shout out to Emery for graduating. W. And all the other graduates haha.

Jesus loves you baway
